Pre-construction

We have LEED professionals on staff, and are able to integrate sustainable strategic planning into the pre-construction process. Ventana provides clients with information about their options for implementing green building initiatives into all phases of design and construction, as well as the ways in which these decisions affect cost and schedule

Public-private partnerships (P3)
P3 projects can be the most economically advantageous way to build and run public facilities without a large initial outlay of cash. Ventana can assemble a project team that will design, finance, construct and operate a P3 facility, whether it’s a multiplex, a conference and event centre or an educational institution.
