Ventana’s office will be located in the north wing of the Ritchie Bros. Auctioneers head office, a LEED® Gold building constructed by Ventana. Enter at the east driveway beside the address sign and park in the north lot. Access the building via the Ventana entrance at the south end of the covered walkway and take the elevator to the third floor.

Driving directions to the new office
From downtown Vancouver
1. Head south over either the Granville, Burrard or Cambie Street bridge
2. Turn left on West Broadway and head east
3. Turn right at Kingsway
4. Turn right at Boundary Rd
5. Turn left at Marine Way
6. Turn right at Glenlyon Pkwy
7. Continue south to 9500 Glenlyon Pkwy, turn left into parking lot at address sign
8. Park in the north
lot (furthest from Glenlyon)

1. Head south over the Second Narrows / Iron Workers’ bridge
2. Take the Boundary Rd exit, head south on Boundary
3. Turn left at Marine Way
4. Turn right at Glenlyon Parkway
5. Continue south to 9500 Glenlyon Pkwy, turn left into parking lot at address sign

From Hwy 1 / areas east of Burnaby
1. Travel west on Hwy 1
2. Take exit 40A to merge onto Brunette Avenue (west) towards New Westminster
3. Take slight left onto E Columbia St, travel along Columbia
4. Columbia turns into Stewardson Way; travel along Stewardson
5. Continue on Stewardson Way; Stewardson turns into Marine Way
6. Travel along Marine Way to Byrne Rd, turn left at Byrne
7. Turn right on North Fraser Way
8. Turn left on Glenlyon Pkwy
9. Continue south to 9500 Glenlyon Pkwy, turn right into visitor parking lot at address sign
